About the Role

RN-4  We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Team Manager to lead a dynamic multi-disciplinary team within the CALHN Mental Health and Community Psychiatry Service. In this role, you will be responsible for providing leadership and operational management, ensuring that the team delivers safe, efficient, and effective services within a recovery-oriented framework. You will oversee service provision, manage demand and workload allocation, and provide both administrative and clinical support. This is a key position that ensures the delivery of high-quality care while adhering to the CALHN MHCP Community Mental Health Service Operational Guidelines.

As Team Manager, you will play a crucial role in fostering positive working relationships within the service and with external agencies. Your leadership will be instrumental in creating a collaborative environment that enhances the wellbeing of consumers and carers. You will also be responsible for data collection, monitoring service provision, and contributing to the ongoing evaluation and improvement of the service. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead a committed team while making a tangible impact on mental health services in the community.

AHP-4 We are looking for a skilled and motivated Team Manager to lead a multi-disciplinary team within the Central Adelaide Local Health Network (CALHN) Mental Health Clinical Program (MHCP). In this pivotal role, you will provide leadership and operational management to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality service delivery within a recovery-oriented framework. You will be responsible for shaping the direction of the team in alignment with MHCP Community Mental Health Service Operational Guidelines, overseeing service demand and workload allocation, and providing both administrative and clinical support to ensure optimal service provision.

As Team Manager, you will play a critical role in fostering positive relationships within the sector, collaborating with other MHCP teams, government departments, and external agencies. Your leadership will be central to sustaining a collaborative partnership approach, ensuring that services meet the diverse needs of consumers and carers. You will also oversee data collection, monitor service provision, and contribute to the evaluation of the service’s effectiveness.
