About the Role:

As a Data Analyst with the Yorke and Northern Local Health Network (YNLHN), you will play a key role in the collation, analysis, and visualisation of health data. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders to create performance reports, support accreditation processes, and contribute to quality improvement strategies. Your insights will directly influence planning and monitoring health services, ensuring the highest quality of care for the community. Key Responsibilities:

  • Collate and analyse health service data for strategic planning.
  • Develop and visualise data reports using Power BI.
  • Support accreditation processes and quality reporting.
  • Provide consultancy on performance reporting and assist with audit processes.
  • Contribute to data literacy initiatives across YNLHN.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to present complex data clearly.
  • Proven experience with Power BI and data visualisation.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Experience in the healthcare sector is a plus, but not essential.
