Join Our Team: Nursing & Midwifery Education Administrative Coordinator – Limestone Coast Local Health Network

Are you a highly organised and proactive individual passionate about supporting the education and development of healthcare professionals? The Limestone Coast Local Health Network (LCLHN) is seeking an experienced Nursing & Midwifery Education Administrative Coordinator to provide essential administrative support to our Nursing and Midwifery Education Program.

Why This Role Matters:
In this key role, you will work closely with the Advanced Nurse/Midwife Education Manager to ensure smooth operations of the Nursing and Midwifery Education Program. Your responsibilities will include managing rosters, training calendars, human resources functions, accommodation bookings, and more. You will be central to fostering effective communication, driving change, and enhancing the program’s overall efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support for rostering, training, and human resources.
  • Manage staff training and training calendars.
  • Coordinate staff leave and accommodation bookings.
  • Implement document control systems ensuring confidentiality and accessibility.
  • Facilitate a customer-focused reception service for LCLHN employees.
  • Support recruitment, orientation, and training for new staff.
  • Contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives and foster a positive team environment.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage change and conflict effectively.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Experience leading and managing administrative teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Sound knowledge of consumer rights, privacy, and Work Health and Safety principles.
  • Proven ability in diary management, customer service, and training development.
