Overview

We have a great opportunity for a reliable and efficient Administration Officer to provide high quality, confidential, customer focused administrative service to clients, staff and visitors for the Community Health in the Eyre and Far North Region.

Duties may include attending client enquiries, via telephone, written or in person, in a professional manner, referring enquiry to the most appropriate person; coordinating booking of appointments; networking and establishing working relationships with other administrative colleagues and organisations, general administrative tasks including word processing, desktop publishing and data entry operations, maintaining records and information systems and managing the creation, storage retention and disposal of both medical and business records in a confidential manner and within the Retention and Disposal schedules.
