Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality, person-centred care under the guidance of a Registered Nurse.

  • Assist with assessments, routine procedures, and nursing care tasks within your scope of practice.

  • Engage with patients, families, and carers to provide education and support.

  • Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and provide guidance to nursing assistants and students.

  • Continue your professional development and maintain a portfolio of learning and experience.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Enrolled or eligible for enrolment with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.

  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative team player.

  • Ability to prioritise care and recognise changes in clinical conditions.

  • Experience providing nursing care in a healthcare setting.

  • Understanding of relevant standards, legislation, and codes.
