About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Clinical Psychologist to join the Centre for Treatment of Anxiety and Depression (CTAD) within the Mental Health Clinical Program of Central Adelaide Local Health Network (CALHN). In this role, you will be primarily responsible for delivery of CTAD's group therapy program, including development, delivery, innovation, evaluation, training and supervision.  Your contributions will be key in driving clinical leadership and continuous improvement within the CTAD team, ensuring the provision of effective and efficient psychological services.  

In addition to clinical work, you will play a pivotal role in mentoring and supervising Provisional Psychologists and providing peer supervision to your colleagues. As a Senior Clinical Psychologist, you will also engage in expert consultancy with other service units and committees, contributing to research projects, policy development, and strategic planning. About You

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled clinical psychologist who is committed to providing high-quality care, driving innovation, and fostering a supportive environment for both patients and staff.

  • Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology or equivalent qualification recognised by the Psychology Board of Australia (PsyBA), general registration with AHPRA, and an endorsed area of practice in Clinical Psychology. 

  • PsyBA Board Approved Supervisor 

  • Interest and experience in psychological group therapy interventions
  • Experience in program/service development, with a commitment to continuous learning and quality improvement.

  • Sound understanding of quality improvement principles and the rights and responsibilities of patients and their families.
