Join our newly formed Medical Services team at Limestone Coast Local Health Network (LCLHN), where fresh energy, a can-do attitude, and positive collaboration are at the heart of everything we do. In this crucial role, you’ll provide support to the Executive Director of Medical Services and the Director of Medical Services ensuring smooth operations and the delivery of impactful services.

As an integral part of the team, you'll work on a variety of projects, coordinate complex scheduling, and provide exceptional support to relevant committees and workgroups, all while fostering a collaborative work environment.  

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality administrative support to the Executive Director and Director Medical Services.
  • Co-ordinate meetings, appointments, and diary management.
  • Prepare correspondence, agendas, and minutes for committee meetings.
  • Manage correspondence and records, ensuring efficiency and confidentiality.
  • Assist with project work and contribute to system improvements.
  • Ensure smooth office management and the implementation of best practice standards.
