About the Role

As the ICU Secretary, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive, confidential secretarial and administrative support within the Intensive Care and Critical Care & Perioperative Services at the Central Adelaide Local Health Network. You will work closely with both administrative and clinical staff, ensuring efficient reception and clerical services are provided to senior management and staff. Your organisational skills will be essential in maintaining smooth operations and contributing to a high-performing team environment.

In this dynamic role, you’ll be responsible for delivering excellent administrative services and assisting with small projects under direction within Critical Care & Perioperative Services. Your contribution will help support the critical services provided to our patients, making a real impact on the quality of care delivered. About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and organised individual to join our team. To succeed in this role, you will bring:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels.
  • Proven ability to work autonomously, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines while maintaining a high attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service and working well within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Solid experience in document management, personal secretarial services, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
