Join Our Compassionate Team – Associate Nurse/Midwife Unit Manager, Palliative Care
We’re seeking a dedicated Associate Nurse Unit Manager for our Palliative Care team. If you're a skilled nurse/midwife looking to make a lasting difference in people's lives while supporting a compassionate, expert team, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the delivery of palliative care services, ensuring continuity and consistency
  • Assist in managing ward/unit operations, including staffing, performance, and financial planning.
  • Foster collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient care outcomes.
  • Support the development of less experienced staff and ensure high practice standards.
  • Contribute to practice improvements and operational management alongside the Nurse/Midwife Unit Manager.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A registered Nurse/Midwife with at least 3 years post-registration experience.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proven ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
  • Demonstrated experience in supervising and mentoring less experienced staff.
  • Knowledge of relevant healthcare legislation, quality improvement systems, and contemporary issues in healthcare.
