About the Role

As an Enrolled Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering compassionate, person-centred care within our General Medicine unit. Working under the guidance of a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality nursing support while maintaining accountability for your own practice. This role offers the opportunity to develop your clinical skills in a dynamic and supportive environment, ensuring patients receive the best possible care aligned with regulatory and statutory requirements.

You will be part of a dedicated team committed to making a difference in the lives of patients within the S1 General Medicine cohort. Your responsibilities will include assisting with patient assessments, administering care interventions, and supporting overall healthcare planning. About You

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Enrolled Nurse who is committed to providing high-quality, person-centred care. To thrive in this role, you will bring:

  • Relevant qualifications and registration – Enrolled or eligible for enrolment with the Nursing Board of Australia, holding a current practising certificate.

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills – Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team and communicate clearly with patients and colleagues.

  • Clinical awareness and adaptability – Skilled in prioritising workloads, recognising changes in patient conditions, and responding appropriately.

  • Understanding of healthcare standards – Knowledge of nursing practice, relevant legislation, and professional standards to ensure safe and ethical care.
