  • Ongoing part time contract working 30 hours per fortnight 

 

As the Administration Officer – Immunisation, you'll be a key player in ensuring the smooth operation of our Immunisation Unit. Working alongside a dedicated team, you'll provide reception, administrative, and secretarial services to support our immunisation efforts. Your role will be integral in helping us deliver accurate information, maintain confidentiality, and offer outstanding service to clients, visitors, and other agencies.  

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Provide administrative support to the Immunisation Team 
  • Handle sensitive information with care and professionalism 
  • Ensure timely and accurate communication with staff and clients 
  • Manage a busy reception area while maintaining excellent customer service  

What We’re Looking For:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal 
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards 
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) 
  • Empathy and tact in handling sensitive situations 
  • Previous experience in clerical or reception work (preferably in healthcare)
