About the Role

We are seeking an organised and dynamic Office Manager to lead our dedicated Administration team at the Adelaide Sexual Health Centre. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the daily operations of our administrative staff, ensuring seamless support for our multidisciplinary team, which includes medical, nursing, allied health, and research professionals. Your leadership will be key in maintaining an efficient and welcoming environment, allowing our team to deliver high-quality care and services to the community.

In addition to supervising administrative functions, you will work closely with the Manager of the Clinical Service, providing essential support with various administrative tasks. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a collaborative healthcare setting. About You

We are looking for a proactive and organised Office Manager with strong leadership skills and a commitment to excellence in administration. To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Strong leadership & decision-making skills – Ability to work independently, set priorities, and drive efficiency in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

  • Extensive administrative experience – Proven track record in supervising teams, developing office procedures, and providing high-level support.

  • Excellent communication & organisational skills – Strong written and verbal skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

  • Healthcare & systems knowledge – Familiarity with medical terminology, hospital policies, financial systems, and experience using Microsoft and database applications.
