Overview:

  • The Executive Coordinator is responsible for operational business planning, management of branch budget and financial accounts, human resource administration, preparing briefings, letters and reports for the Governance Advisory Services Branch.
  • The Executive Coordinator is also responsible for facilitating and coordinating the provision of professional and confidential executive assistant support to the Executive Director, Governance Advisory Services. This includes timely, high quality personal administrative services, appointment diary management, information coordination, research and project work associated with meetings, project management activities, managing day-to-day office operations and general administrative support requirements. 
  • The Executive Coordinator is also responsible for providing administrative support as required to Out-Posted Lawyers from the Crown Solicitor’s Office (Attorney-General’s Department).
  • The Executive Coordinator is also responsible for monitoring and leading continuous improvement in key branch operational processes and administrative systems.
