About the Role

Are you a passionate and experienced digital project leader ready to make a real difference in healthcare? We’re seeking a Senior Project Manager to take the reins on strategically important digital initiatives that directly support CALHN’s priorities. In this pivotal role, you’ll drive the end-to-end delivery of complex digital projects — from shaping project objectives and scope to leading detailed planning, execution, and evaluation. With a strong focus on outcomes and innovation, you’ll oversee financial performance, ensuring every project aligns with organisational goals and delivers real value to the health system.

As the Senior Project Manager, you’ll be the go-to expert providing strategic advice and digital project consultancy to key stakeholders across CALHN and beyond. You’ll lead multidisciplinary teams, ICT contractors, and external suppliers with clarity and purpose, ensuring project deliverables meet timelines, budgets, and high-quality standards. If you're energised by the opportunity to lead impactful digital change in a dynamic health environment, this is your chance to step into a career-defining role.

About You

You're a strategic thinker, innovative problem-solver, and confident leader who thrives in complex, fast-paced digital environments. You bring a blend of technical expertise, strong communication, and leadership skills to drive high-impact outcomes across diverse stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated experience in leading complex, high-value digital projects, including strategic planning, budgeting, and contract management.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with proven success in motivating multidisciplinary teams and delivering innovative ICT solutions.
