Overview:

  • The Human Resources (HR) Operations Coordinator is accountable to the Associate Director, Business Systems for the provision of quality HR operational coordination, advisory services to employees and managers regarding generalist human resource procedures, and HR reporting in a timely manner and in accordance with Preventive Health SA policies and processes. The role participates in the development and facilitation of information for staff relating to human resources operational processes, maintenance and updating of Preventive Health SA HR forms.
  • The role provides a comprehensive range of HR operational functions and provides effective customer service to support the needs of the agency through building and maintaining relationships with managers and staff, as well as promoting operational HR best practice.
  • The role works in close partnership with the Manager Workforce and Associate Director, Business Systems in providing operational HR services within scope including the review of HR smart forms for accuracy, advice and processing, requisition review and monitoring, facilitating HR reporting across the agency, answering general operational HR questions in relation to payroll, leave, vacancy management, bonafides, and maintaining accurate organisational charts and HR records.
