As a Senior Digital Support Officer, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional digital support services to our healthcare professionals. Your expertise will ensure the smooth operation of our digital systems, enabling efficient and effective healthcare delivery across the NALHN region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • lead and mentor a team of digital support specialists, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment
  • troubleshoot and resolve complex digital issues promptly, minimising disruptions to healthcare services
  • collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement digital solutions that enhance patient care and operational efficiency
  • develop and deliver training programs to upskill healthcare professionals in digital literacy and system utilisation
  • contribute to the continuous improvement of digital support processes and procedures

To be eligible for this position, you must hold a Degree or Diploma in a relevant discipline or substantial experience.
