About the Role

We’re seeking a motivated and proactive Business Systems Support Officer (BSSO) to join our dedicated team supporting both the Central Adelaide Local Health Network (CALHN) and the Northern Adelaide Local Health Network (NALHN). In this dynamic role, you’ll be responsible for the ongoing maintenance and administration of critical client information systems, including CHIS, Medical Director (MD), and HealthTrack. You'll also play a key role in onboarding new users and supporting current staff through tailored training sessions, while managing the ordering of PCs and related equipment.

As a BSSO, you’ll work closely with a diverse range of primary health care service providers, requiring strong communication and customer service skills. Your commitment to accuracy, data integrity, and continuous quality improvement will be essential in ensuring our client information systems remain efficient, reliable, and user-friendly. About You

You’re a dedicated and adaptable professional who thrives in a client-focused environment and enjoys supporting health systems through technical expertise and service excellence. To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • Proven experience in system administration of client or medical information systems, with the ability to train and support users effectively.

  • Strong ICT and business systems skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Word and Excel), and familiarity with third-party reporting tools.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders and deliver high-quality customer service.

  • A proactive and flexible approach, with strong time management, a commitment to data integrity, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a small, specialised team.
