About the Role:

As a Team Leader, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of high-quality food services, while upholding the highest standards in every aspect of production and distribution. In addition, you’ll lead and support a dedicated team in delivering exceptional cleaning, linen, and laundry services—ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all. If you’re passionate about quality, teamwork, and making a real impact behind the scenes, this is the role for you!

About You:

  • Experience in the provision of a catering, cleaning, linen and laundry service.
  • Experience in the supervision of staff as a team leader.
  • Experience in determining and appraising methods of work organisation, which includes implementing detailed directions and procedures and assisting in the provision of on-the-job training.
  • Experience in the use of computer packages e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Word, Excel.
  • Proven experience in exercising own judgement and initiative in the day-to-day execution of a position.
  • Sound knowledge of food safety requirements.
