About the role: 

We are looking for nursing professionals who are passionate about delivering high-quality, safe, and person-centred mental health care. Duties for the role will include:

  • Conduct in-depth nursing assessments to truly understand each individual's unique journey, laying the foundation for impactful and tailored nursing care plans.
  • Design and implement dynamic, person-centred nursing care plans, working hand-in-hand with individuals and a dedicated multidisciplinary team to foster meaningful recovery.
  • Provide expert nursing interventions, including skilled medication management and empowering psychoeducation, making a tangible difference in the lives of those we serve.
  • Forge strong partnerships within our supportive team, ensuring seamless coordination of services and a holistic approach to mental health care delivery.
  • Contribute your nursing expertise to quality improvement initiatives, actively participating in creating a cutting-edge, evidence-based practice that prioritises the safety and wellbeing of our community.

About you:

  • Registration or eligibility for registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia, as per your level of experience.
  • For some positions, you must be enrolled in an approved mental health course or hold a qualification in mental health practice.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of and/or experience in nursing practices in a mental health setting.
  • The ability to work with empathy, display a courteous manner, and express a genuine willingness to help others.
  • The ability to work collaboratively and cohesively within a multidisciplinary team.
