We’re offering a rewarding temporary part-time opportunity to join the Children’s Health and Development (CHAD) team within Country Health Connect. Based across the stunning Fleurieu Peninsula and Adelaide Hills (will require some time working in Southern Fleurieu), this role allows you to contribute to vital early childhood services that support families in rural and regional communities. HOW WILL YOU CONTRIBUTE?

As a Program Support Officer in the CHAD team, you will play a vital role in supporting frontline health services that make a real difference in the lives of children and families. In this position, you will:

  • Deliver high-quality administrative support including appointment scheduling, data entry, record management, and customer service.
  • Respond professionally and sensitively to enquiries from clients, families, and team members—over the phone and in person.
  • Maintain accurate client records using systems like Sunrise EMR & CME, and support the preparation of reports and documentation.
  • Contribute to the smooth day-to-day operations of the team by assisting with invoicing, ordering supplies, and other administrative duties as required.
