The Digital Solutions Lead is accountable for the technical development, deployment and maintenance of SAAS’s digital communications platforms to enhance and streamline business processes and engagement with internal and external audiences.

Incumbent will be joining a dynamic, fast paced, multi-disciplinary Communications and Engagement Team.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, deploy, and maintain SAAS's digital communications capability, including custom Office 365 solutions, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate (Flow), and SharePoint, to support SAAS's strategic goals.

Design, develop, build, deploy, and maintain custom O365 solutions using Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate (Flow), and SharePoint to meet business requirements, user needs, and adhere to security and compliance standards.

Facilitate web content publishing in collaboration with content authors and owners, ensuring alignment with SA Health Policies and Directives and compliance with industry standards.

Establish and maintain effective governance of SAAS's digital communications platforms, including developing and implementing clear processes, documentation, and work instructions.

Manage and optimize the Office 365 environment for SAAS, including project management, solution design and deployment, user training, policy and procedure development, and security management.

Provide expert advice, training, and support to users, business units, and site owners on digital communications tools and solutions, acting as an escalation point between SAAS and other agencies, partners, and service providers.
