Join Our Healthcare Team as a Pharmacy Assistant

Are you an experienced Pharmacy Assistant looking to make a difference in healthcare? We are seeking multiple skilled individuals and have part time, full time and contract positions available for you to join our dynamic SA Pharmacy team in The Southern Adelaide Local Health Network, which incorporates Flinders Medical Centre, Noarlunga Hospital and Repat Health Precinct Pharmacy Departments . This is an exciting opportunity for applicants seeking to work across a number of areas including pharmaceutical manufacturing, clinical trials, dispensing and distribution, or clinical pharmacy.

About You

You are an enthusiastic and reliable pharmacy support professional who is committed to accuracy, teamwork, and delivering high-quality service in a dynamic healthcare environment.

  • You demonstrate strong communication skills, sound arithmetic and technical abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.

  • You bring proven experience in hospital pharmacy environments, are proficient in pharmacy management software, and have the physical capability to undertake manual handling duties safely.

  • You possess solid knowledge of pharmaceutical products, medical terminology, pharmacy manufacturing and dispensing methods, and the Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme.

  • You are committed to safe work practices, maintaining patient confidentiality, and following established policies, procedures, and ethical standards within a pharmacy setting.
