About the Opportunity

We currently have an exciting opportunity to join the CAFHS team as a Administration Coordinator, where you will be responsible for:

  • Working collaboratively with other Coordinators to ensure a consistent, streamlined approach to administrative services in line with corporate procedures and SA Health policies.
  • Ensuring administrative staff within their team clearly understand their roles and the standards expected of them, while providing ongoing feedback, support, and training.
  • Delivering a high-quality, confidential administrative service to the Regional Team Manager in their region, contributing to improved service delivery outcomes.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Experience with records management and administration systems, including computer based   information systems
  • Experience in recruitment and selection, staff supervision, performance review, and allocation of tasks to ensure equitable workloads
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) including the ability to negotiate with a broad range of people, both internally and externally
  • Proven ability to work effectively with limited direct supervision and contribute positively as part of a team
  • Proven ability to analyse, evaluate and supply information to support administrative operations and general work unit directions
