About the Role:

Join a dynamic team dedicated to driving continuous improvement in healthcare quality and safety. As a Quality Risk and Safety Officer, you will play a key role in supporting quality initiatives and enhancing patient outcomes across the region. Reporting to the Regional QRS Manager, your responsibilities will span across data analysis, report preparation, and process improvement.

In this role, you will:

  • Contribute to meaningful quality and safety projects that directly impact patient care
  • Support various portfolio areas with data management, register maintenance, and system oversight
  • Play a pivotal role in coordinating and maintaining the FUNLHN Audit Schedule
  • Oversee the administration and monitoring of patient incident reporting to ensure high standards of care and compliance

About You:

  • Experience and skills in excel spreadsheets, pivot tables, data collection and reporting. Any experience in Power BI reporting would be considered highly desirable.
