About the Opportunity

We currently have an exciting opportunity to join the CAMHS Executive team as an Administration Officer, and possibly other locations where you will be responsible for:

  • Perform professional, efficient and courteous front counter and telephone reception duties.
  • Manage the CAMHS Executive generic email accounts and action as required. Manage the diaries of Senior Executive Staff within CAMHS Executive as required and liaise with the CAMHS Teams, WCHN, SA Health and other agencies.
  • Attend meetings, prepare and distribute agendas, take minutes and attend to any matters requiring follow up when required.
  • Provide a high level of word processing support to Senior Staff including preparation of professional documents, letters and correspondence.

 

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Ability to communicate, both verbally and in writing, to a wide range of people.
  • Ability to use initiative, work with minimal supervision and relate to people at various levels within an organisation.
  • Proven ability to prioritise own workload and work under general direction and meet agreed timelines and objectives.
  • Experience in the provision of administrative support to senior staff.
