Working alongside the Director of Clinical Training and the Medical Education Unit, you’ll lead, coordinate and evaluate essential education programs for junior doctors. You’ll foster an environment of lifelong learning, professional growth, and wellbeing. No two days will be the same—this role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic, collaborative setting and enjoys meaningful work that truly matters.

You'll be pivotal in enhancing the training experience, supporting junior medical officers, ensuring accreditation standards are met, and building strong stakeholder partnerships across South Australia and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and respond to junior doctor education and wellbeing needs
  • Develop and evaluate medical training programs
  • Provide professional and personal support to junior doctors
  • Ensure compliance with relevant accreditation standards
  • Collaborate with local and interstate education stakeholders
