Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will provide comprehensive psychosocial assessments, crisis interventions, care coordination, and tailored therapeutic interventions to support consumers in achieving stabilisation, recovery, and improved wellbeing. Your role will directly contribute to supporting consumers across inpatient, community, sub-acute, rehabilitation, and specialised youth, adult, and older persons’ services.

At the AHP2 level, you will also demonstrate advanced clinical expertise, contribute to service development, quality improvement, and participate in educational and research initiatives. • Skilled in psychosocial, family, housing, risk, and mental health assessments, with the ability to provide strengths-based interventions, counselling, crisis intervention, and care coordination.

  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with consumers, families, carers, and agencies, while managing time, resources, and clinical priorities effectively.
