Overview

The Patient Services Officer will play a key role in administering an efficient patient management system and maintaining patient records. This includes contributing to the creation, storage, retention, and disposal of both medical and general records. Ensuring the patient records are up-to-date through meticulous maintenance and filing is paramount. Additionally, the incumbent will provide a professional and efficient reception service to patients and visitors accessing the health unit.
