About the role: 

Reporting to the Director of Digital Health, this role is responsible for the effective provision and support of the technology services across SALHN. Duties for the role will include: 

  • Undertake work tasks within Business support including involvement in prepurchase with Business planning and the provision of advice on the procurement of devices with consideration to managing the maintenance, upgrades and enhancements of system software,
  • Assist Corporate Services with planning in the development, implementation, maintenance and evaluation of the Business strategies,
  • Create and maintain clear and concise, documentation, guides, and knowledge base articles related to iPad setup, usage, troubleshooting, and best practices. 

About you:

  • Information Technology, Computer Science or Information Systems qualifications or vocational training and/or knowledge and skills acquired through experience and/or in-house training, 
  • Ability to communicate effectively with management, staff and consumers both verbally and in writing,
  • Ability to demonstrate personal initiative, self-motivation and an ability to motivate others,
  • Proven experience in basic computing skills, including email and word processing.
