Based in the picturesque Eyre and Western region, this role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our patients while advancing your professional growth.

As an Associate Nurse Unit Manager Dialysis Chemotherapy, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional nursing and/or midwifery services across various health service settings. In this dynamic role, you will collaborate closely with the Nursing/Midwifery Nurse/Midwife Unit Manager or equivalent, providing invaluable support in leading the nursing/midwifery team within the ward/unit/service. Your responsibilities will encompass promoting continuity and consistency of care, assisting in the implementation of practice changes, and contributing to ward/unit/service management tasks such as performance management processes, recruitment, staffing, leave management, rostering, work allocation, attendance management, financial planning, and supplies monitoring.

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must be registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse/Midwife with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and hold, or be eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate.
