You’ll assist in running engaging group and individual activities that promote independence, wellbeing and community participation. Working closely with a skilled team, you’ll provide personal care, practical support, and encouragement to help clients thrive in their daily lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support group social, recreational and occupational activities.

  • Assist clients with personal care and daily living tasks.

  • Collaborate with health professionals to deliver coordinated care.

  • Contribute to health promotion and early detection programs.
