Hawker Memorial Hospital

The Hawker Memorial Hospital consists of a 13-bed facility which includes 4 acute and 9 aged care beds as part of the Flinders Ranges Multi-Purpose Service (MPS). The hospital provides accident and emergency services, general medical care, palliative care and a range of allied health services.  We have a dedicated team who are compassionate, caring and highly professional individuals. About the Role:

As a Registered Nurse at this level, you will provide essential nursing and/or midwifery care across diverse health service settings, progressing from a novice practitioner to a confident, proficient professional. Through ongoing learning and hands-on experience, you will continuously expand your knowledge and skills to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.

You will take ownership of your practice, upholding the highest standards of nursing or midwifery care, while responsibly managing delegated tasks to support the wider healthcare team.

About You:

• Registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse with AHPRA and who holds or is eligible to hold a current practising certificate.
• Demonstrated competence in the relevant area of nursing practise in accordance with the appropriate standards of practise.
