What You'll Do:

  • Deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing care to aged care residents
  • Assess individual needs and coordinate multidisciplinary care plans
  • Provide ward/team leadership support when required, ensuring safe and effective care delivery.
  • Promote resident wellbeing, dignity, and quality of life
  • Contribute to quality improvement and safe clinical practice initiatives
  • Support positive behaviour management and a calm care environment

What We’re Looking For:

  • Registered or eligible for registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia with a current practising certificate
  • Demonstrated competence in nursing practice in accordance with relevant standards
  • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment
  • Experience using computer software packages, including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Commitment to delivering compassionate, high-quality aged care
