About the Role:

Join our dynamic team at Hawker Memorial Hospital as a Casual Administration Officer! In this role, you will work closely with the Executive Officer/Director of Nursing to deliver seamless and confidential medical reception and administrative services. Your contributions will play a crucial part in ensuring a high-quality experience for our hospital staff, medical practitioners, clients, and visiting healthcare professionals. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact in a supportive and fast-paced environment!

About You:

  • Demonstrated experience in the provision of clerical/administrative support service, including the maintenance of records and systems.
  • Demonstrated experience in office procedures and office equipment (photocopier, printers, facsimile, etc).
  • Demonstrated experience in the use of computer-based resources (Microsoft Office, email, Excel, data entry).
  • Demonstrated experience in the reconciliation of simple cash accounts.
