About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Pharmacist to join our healthcare team, delivering high-quality and efficient medication services across inpatient and outpatient settings. In this role, you will provide comprehensive dispensing, clinical, production, and counselling services aimed at optimising drug therapy and contributing to safe, effective medication management. You will play a vital part in improving patient outcomes by offering expert advice and ensuring adherence to hospital protocols and legislative requirements.

Working collaboratively with medical, nursing, and allied health professionals, you will act as a key resource in therapeutic decision-making. Your contribution will extend beyond dispensing to include guidance on drug use, participation in multidisciplinary teams, and commitment to continuous improvement in pharmaceutical care. About You

You will be a registered or eligible pharmacist with a strong foundation in clinical practice, pharmacy production, and therapeutic guidance. You will bring a collaborative mindset, a commitment to quality patient care, and the ability to adapt and thrive in a multidisciplinary healthcare setting.

  • Hold a Bachelor of Pharmacy (or equivalent) and be registered or eligible for registration with the Pharmacy Board of Australia.

  • Demonstrate strong communication, organisational, and technical skills, with a focus on accuracy, patient care, and teamwork.

  • Able to work independently, use initiative, and contribute effectively within a multi-disciplinary team environment.

  • Possess sound knowledge of pharmacy legislation, clinical and dispensary procedures, and patient-centred medication services.
