About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Enrolled Nurse to join our clinical team, supporting the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care. In this role, you will work under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse or Midwife, contributing to the wellbeing of patients across a variety of healthcare settings. Your practice will evolve from novice to proficient as you gain experience and develop your clinical skills in a supportive environment.

While receiving guidance, you will retain full accountability for your own nursing practice, ensuring that all care provided is safe, ethical, and aligned with professional standards. This is a valuable opportunity to build your capability and contribute meaningfully to patient outcomes as part of a multidisciplinary team.

About You

You are a motivated and patient-focused Enrolled Nurse with a strong foundation in clinical care and a commitment to supporting positive health outcomes. You communicate effectively, work well in team settings, and maintain high standards of safety and professionalism in your practice.

  • Registered or eligible for registration as an Enrolled Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia, with medication administration qualifications.

  • Proven experience delivering safe and effective nursing care aligned with professional standards in a healthcare setting.

  • Strong communication and observational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and respond to changing clinical conditions.

  • Solid understanding of the Enrolled Nurse’s role, relevant legislation, codes of conduct, and person-centred care principles.
