Are you a skilled nurse educator with a passion for digital health and clinical transformation? We’re seeking a dedicated Digital Programs Nurse Educator to lead the delivery of high-quality EMR training and support for nursing staff across the Riverland Mallee Coorong Local Health Network. About the Role:

As the Digital Programs Nurse Educator, you will coordinate the daily educational and support activities that enable nursing staff to confidently and effectively use Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems. You will work closely with the Digital Program Nursing Manager to inform and support decisions around clinical workflows, system business rules, and change management strategies. A senior clinician in this role, you will bring advanced communication, education, and leadership skills, along with detailed operational knowledge of RMCLHN nursing functions. With strong professional networks and a respected presence among your peers, you’ll contribute significantly to the success of digital health implementation and sustained clinical excellence.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Registered Nurse or Registered Midwife: Registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse or Midwife with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and who holds, or who is eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate.
  • Registered Nurse/Midwife with at least three years post registration experience.
  • Previous experience in a mid to senior level clinical or non-clinical role.
  • Proven experience as a leader or manager in the health care industry.
  • Experience in the implementation of complex health care projects, especially in relation to information systems.

This is a multiple positions part time vacancy, hours to be negotiated and salary will be adjusted according to actual hours worked.
