About the Role

As an Enrolled Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering person-centred care alongside the Registered Nurse or Midwife. You will provide high-quality, compassionate nursing care that aligns with regulatory and statutory requirements. This role supports your development from novice to proficient Enrolled Nurse practice, offering a supportive environment where your skills can grow while contributing meaningfully to patient care.

Working under the guidance of a Registered Nurse or Midwife, you will remain accountable for your own nursing practice and actions. Your commitment to safe, effective, and empathetic care will make a meaningful difference to patients’ experiences and outcomes. About You

You are a compassionate and dedicated Enrolled Nurse who is committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care within a multidisciplinary team. You demonstrate professionalism, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage clinical priorities effectively.

  • Registered or eligible for registration as an Enrolled Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia, holding (or eligible to hold) a current practising certificate, with completed medication administration qualifications.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team and provide person-centred care.

  • Proven ability to manage workloads, prioritise tasks, and recognise and report changes in clinical conditions.

  • Sound knowledge of nursing standards, legislation, codes of ethics, and the scope of practice for Enrolled Nurses within the healthcare setting.
