About the Role:

The Recruitment Officer is responsible to the Director, People & Culture and plays a key role in supporting managers across a range of human resource functions. The Recruitment Officer provides timely, high-quality HR advice, consultancy, and administrative support to sites within the Flinders and Upper North Local Health Network (FUNLHN). The role primarily supports recruitment and selection processes and also involves assisting HR Consultants with moderately complex advisory matters and contributing to HR projects within broadly defined guidelines. With a focus on building strong relationships across the organisation, the Recruitment Officer helps ensure effective workforce support, promotes best practice, and refers complex issues to senior HR staff as required.

About You:

  • Experience in recruitment and selection administrative processes.
  • Experience in the use of the Complete Human Resources Information System (CHRIS) and Page Up/eRecruit platform
  • Experience in the use of computers and demonstrated proficiency in using a variety of software programs, particularly Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • Experience in providing an advisory and/or operational services on HR management matters in a diverse environment, including researching and analysing information and preparing reports.
