Yorke and Northern Local Health Network (YNLHN) is offering an exciting opportunity to join our passionate Safety & Quality team as a Safety and Quality Coordinator, working within the Clinical Practice Improvement stream. Based across the beautiful Mid North and Yorke Peninsula, you’ll lead meaningful change to enhance care and safety outcomes across regional sites.

You’ll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to embed best practice, coordinate improvement projects, support accreditation readiness, and help ensure consumers are truly at the centre of their care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support local improvement projects across YNLHN
  • Participate in audit and audit report writing
  • Analyse data and support meaningful practice improvement
  • Support accreditation and embed continuous improvement
  • Provide clinical teaching and mentor staff in quality improvement tools and methods

What We’re Looking For:

  • Registered Nurse (AHPRA) with 3+ years' experience
  • Strong audit, analysis, and reporting skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
  • Knowledge of quality systems, audit practices, and practice improvement principles
