About the Role

As an Enrolled Nurse, you will provide essential person-centred care, working closely with Registered Nurses and Midwives to support the delivery of safe and high-quality healthcare. Your role will be fundamental in meeting the diverse needs of patients while ensuring care is delivered in line with all regulatory and statutory requirements. Whether you are new to the profession or developing towards proficient practice, you will be supported in building your clinical skills within a collaborative team environment.

Working under the guidance and supervision of a Registered Nurse or Midwife, you will contribute to the provision of nursing care while remaining fully accountable for your own practice. About You

You are a compassionate and adaptable Enrolled Nurse with a commitment to delivering person-centred care. You demonstrate excellent communication skills, strong clinical judgement, and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

  • Registered or eligible for registration as an Enrolled Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia, holding (or eligible to hold) a current practising certificate, with medication administration qualifications.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team while delivering person-centred care.

  • Proven ability to manage workload, recognise and report changes in clinical condition, with experience in caring for spinal patients.

  • Sound understanding of nursing standards, legislation, codes of conduct, and the role of the Enrolled Nurse within a healthcare setting.
