About the Role

As an Enrolled Nurse, you will provide direct nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, contributing to the health and wellbeing of patients and supporting quality care delivery in acute, aged care, and community settings.

You will:

  • Deliver evidence-based, person-centred nursing care within your scope of practice.

  • Monitor patients, report clinical changes, and assist with assessments and procedures.

  • Contribute to care planning, documentation, and evaluation.

  • Support health promotion, patient education, and quality improvement activities.

  • Collaborate with team members and maintain professional and ethical standards.

About You

You are a team player who is motivated by the opportunity to provide meaningful care in a rural setting.

Essential Requirements:

  • Enrolled or eligible for enrolment with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia, with a current practising certificate.

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment.

  • Understanding of nursing standards, codes of conduct, and professional boundaries.

  • Experience in nursing care delivery across a range of clinical situations.

  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel).

Desirable:

  • Previous experience in rural or aged care settings.

  • Participation in quality improvement initiatives.

  • Familiarity with Aboriginal health needs and cultural safety practices.
