- Temporary part time contract working 67.5 hours per fortnight up to 24 July 2026
About the role
We’re seeking a dedicated Allied Health Team Leader to lead and coordination a multidisciplinary client care service within the BHFLHN Mount Barker Inpatient Allied Health Team. In this role you will also provide support to our team working at the Strathalbyn site.
To be a success in this role, and to provide exceptional patient care you will work collaboratively with the team and Clinical Leads to deliver contemporary allied health services in an inpatient setting. You will ensure all quality standards are met aligned to our Models of Care including undertaken continuous improvement activities and reporting. In this role you will use your high order interpersonal skills to develop and foster service integration with metropolitan and other regional health providers, ensuring outstanding patient centred care.
This is a critical leadership role in which you will contribute to the strategic and business planning processes which support sustainable growth and positive client/patient-centred outcomes.

Where and how you will work
The Fleurieu Peninsula is just one hour from the city of Adelaide. It covers the stunning areas and towns of McLaren Vale, through to Strathalbyn, Goolwa, Victor Harbor and Aldinga Beach where you can spend days off experiencing the wineries and award winning restaurants of the southern vales.
