About the Role:

As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality nursing and/or midwifery care across a variety of health service settings. Working from a novice to proficient level of practice, you will consolidate your knowledge and develop clinical capability through ongoing professional development and hands-on experience.

You will be accountable for your own practice standards and for the safe and appropriate delegation of tasks to others. In this role, you’ll be part of a committed team, making a real difference in the lives of patients and their families within a dynamic and collaborative rural healthcare environment.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and
    who holds, or who is eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate.
  • Demonstrated competence in the relevant area of nursing practice in accordance with the appropriate
    standards of practice.

  • National Police Certificate (NPC) for employment involving unsupervised contact with vulnerable groups required for this position (E.g. aged care employment or work involving vulnerable clients)
  • Immunisation Risk for this position is - Category A
