Are you ready to take the next step in your nursing or midwifery career and lead with purpose? As an Associate Nurse Unit Manager, you'll contribute advanced clinical knowledge and refined leadership skills across a variety of health care settings, supporting your team to deliver high-quality, compassionate care. Drawing from consolidated experience and/or further study, you’ll help shape and inspire the development of staff transitioning from competent to proficient practitioners. You’ll be accountable for your own practice standards, ensure tasks delegated to others are done with integrity, and guide the growth of less experienced clinicians to foster a strong, professional culture.

In this dynamic leadership role, you’ll work closely with the Nurse/Midwife Unit Manager to drive innovation and consistency in care delivery. Your portfolio will include coordination of performance management, recruitment, staffing, leave and roster planning, and operational oversight of financial and supply resources. With your collaborative spirit, you’ll help implement practice improvements and empower your team, ensuring continuity of care and a positive workplace culture. If you’re passionate about leading by example and contributing to exceptional clinical outcomes, we’d love to hear from you.
