    • Second Classification - AHP1 - Allied Health Professional L1 - $68,478 to $83,594 + Superannuation and Salary Sacrifice Benefits
    • Third Classification - RN/M2C - Clinical Nurse/Midwife LV2 - $87,416 to $110,497 + Superannuation and Salary Sacrifice Benefits
  • Full time OR Part Time - 12 month Term Contract – multiple positions available

About the Opportunity

We currently have an exciting opportunity to join the CAMHS team as a Clinician, where you will be responsible for:

  • Providing clinical expertise and direct care to children, adolescents, and their families experiencing mental health issues.
  • Ensuring high-quality, consumer-focused care through assessment, education, counselling, and group work.
  • Accepting accountability for clinical practice outcomes and addressing inconsistencies between practice and policy.
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and external agencies to support holistic and coordinated care.
  • Leading and supporting staff through clinical guidance, orientation, and education.
  • Contributing to service development through participation in quality improvement activities, research projects, and policy development.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Appropriate Degree or equivalent qualification which gives eligibility for full membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers OR
  • Registered or eligible for registration as a nurse by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and who holds, or is eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate. Must be enrolled in an approved mental health course or hold a qualification in mental health practice OR
  • Appropriate Degree or equivalent qualification which entitles registration as an Occupational Therapist with the Occupational Therapy Board Australia (AHPRA).
  • Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to work with individuals and families for positive mental health outcomes and to foster productive working relationships across disciplines
