As the Executive Director, Operations, you will be a member of the Executive Leadership Team of Limestone Coast Local Health Network , reporting directly to the CEO. This pivotal new role is your platform to lead the operational transformation of hospital and residential aged care services, ensuring strategic alignment and driving operational excellence across the LCLHN.

You will be a values-based leader with a passion for making a positive difference for the people and communities we serve.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the delivery of safe, high-quality, progressive, consumer-directed care and services.
  • Lead improvements in the equity of health care access, better integration of care and improved health outcomes for the community.
  • Oversee pharmacy, imaging, and pathology services.
  • Contribute to state-wide access and flow strategy and performance.
  • Lead the operational incident and emergency response for the network.
  • Inspire, support and lead a high-performing network of regional leaders.

We are looking for an experienced executive from a nursing, allied health or relevant health background, with deep knowledge of health system reform and the delivery and management of health services in a regional setting. You will be strategic, values-led and results-driven, with a natural ability to engage others, lead complex change and deliver outcomes that matter.
