About the Role

We’re seeking a motivated and organised Team Leader, Support Services to join our team in a rehabilitation care environment located at the REPAT. In this key leadership role, you’ll guide a team of support services officers, ensuring high-quality, responsive services are delivered to both patients and clinical staff. Your day-to-day will involve coordinating and scheduling team activities, helping to create a seamless support experience that enhances patient care.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic, team-based environment and takes pride in leading by example. You’ll foster a positive, flexible workplace culture that values initiative, collaboration, and clear communication. About You

You’re a capable and confident leader with a strong background in health or aged care support services. You bring a proactive mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to guide and motivate teams in a busy healthcare setting. To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A Certificate IV in Health Support Services or Certificate III in Aged Care or Disability, with relevant team leadership experience

  • Proven ability to lead and support a multidisciplinary team, managing workloads and priorities effectively under pressure

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive situations professionally and confidentially

  • Solid knowledge of infection control, cleaning, transport, and waste practices, and familiarity with hospital systems and Microsoft programs
