About the Role:

Join our team as the Executive Assistant to the Director Corporate Services and play a key role in supporting the efficient and confidential operations of the Corporate Services Directorate within the Flinders and Upper North Local Health Network. You’ll provide high-level administrative and executive support, helping to coordinate strategic functions that align with the NSQHS, Aged Care, and NDIS standards.

In this dynamic role, you’ll contribute to the preparation of board-level reports, assist with minor research projects, and support accreditation processes by monitoring compliance and collating evidence for audits and quality reviews. You will also maintain and update key resources across the LHN, including SharePoint pages and documentation.

As part of the Corporate Team, you’ll be involved in a broad range of projects and may also assist with emergency response planning, including pandemic preparedness. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the heart of a forward-thinking regional health service, where your skills will support quality care and system-wide improvement.

About You:

  • Proven experience in providing a confidential and professional administrative support service with efficiency and accuracy.
  • Experience in providing accurate and professional administrative services to Committees including minute taking, preparing agendas and other relevant material, and attending to relevant action items.
  • Proven experience in establishing, reviewing, maintaining and improvement of systems, practices, and procedures.
  • Experience in undertaking minor research projects, including the compilation of data and the preparation of high-level briefing documents and summary reports.
  • Experience in the use of computing software to produce high quality documents and presentation materials.
