Overview:

  • The Chief Enterprise Architect is responsible for the development and maintenance of the enterprise architecture that underpins the translation of business requirements to Digital Health SA (DHSA) solutions across the SA Health portfolio, and the provision of architectural expertise, direction, and effective advice to support SA Health’s enterprise-wide digital  solutions.
  • The role will maintain a detailed technical understanding of enterprise wide DHSA solutions, state-wide operational systems, and processes, and advising on their impact upon the enterprise architecture.  It will lead the establishment of, and determine goals and priorities for, the effective management of standards and frameworks including architectural principles, the capability model and reference architectures applicable to critical technology and digital solutions that meet corporate objectives and support complex statewide service delivery.
  • The role will provide architectural expertise, direction, and advice to peers, technical experts, and others associated with enterprise-wide solutions to facilitate the strategic objectives of SA Health, DHSA  and will ensure quality and performance management of external service providers, consultants, contractors, vendors, and partners.

Immunisation Risk for this position is Category C (minimal patient contact)

SA Health Services are required to implement the Addressing vaccine preventable disease: Occupational assessment, screening and vaccination policy in the workplace.
